What is the Finding Note?

After taking the product into service the technician makes a check of the defects claimed by the customer and determines if there is a repair solution and what components are needed for servicing if repair is possible. If the repair is not possible, the reasons for the impossibility of repair are noted!

The information obtained by the technician is the subject of this document and is used to inform the customer about the device left in service. The document is not legally required, but it is extremely useful both internally (technicians, sales operators, service manager, etc.) and externally (the customer knows what he is paying for).
